About Ali
Ali is the co-founder of Illuminate Therapy Practice. Ali is a Clinical Psychologist currently working in the NHS and private practice.
Ali is an integrative therapist and strives to use psychological interventions drawn from different modalities particularly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
Drawing on years of clinical experience, Ali creates a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, build resilience, and achieve meaningful person growth.

About Tanya
Tanya is the co-founder of Illuminate Therapy Practice. Tanya is a Counselling Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society who completed her Doctorate in 2012 at City University, London.
​She has been working in the field of psychology for 18 years and has previously had over 13 years experience working with inpatients and day patients at the Priory Hospital in North London in both group therapy and individually.
Tanya also has experience working for the NHS in primary care, University counselling services, in Private practice and has also worked with adults with Autism and ADHD within the charity sector.
Tanya offers Supervision specialising in Psychodynamic Supervision and has a wealth of experience supervising Clinical and Counselling Psychologists and other Healthcare professionals.
Tanya is also a Senior Lecturer in Counselling Psychology, a Course Leader of the MSc in Counselling at the University of Worcester and a Fellow of the Higher Education Institution (HEA)
